§ 1. General provisions

  • 1.1This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of users of the Online Shop available at https://onetap.pl (hereinafter: "Shop").
  • 1.2 The administrator of personal data is KUBOWARE Jakub Gieraga with its registered office at ul. Adamówek 49, 95-035 Ozorków, NIP: 7322222282, REGON: 540391436 (hereinafter: "Administrator").
  • 1.3 The Administrator cares about the protection of users' privacy and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

§ 2. Scope of collected personal data

  • 2.1 The Administrator may collect the following personal data:
    • first and last name
    • email address
    • user identifiers on communication platforms (e.g. Discord, Steam)
    • IP address
    • data regarding transactions and payments (via payment operator)
    • other data voluntarily provided by the user as part of using the Shop.

§ 3. Purpose of data processing

  • 3.1 Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
    • fulfillment of orders and transactions in the Shop
    • user account maintenance
    • handling inquiries and complaints
    • ensuring service security
    • contact with the user in matters related to the functioning of the Shop
    • conducting statistical analyses and improving service quality.

  • 4.1 The Administrator processes personal data on the basis of:
    • necessity for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
    • legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
    • legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
    • user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) in cases where it is required.

§ 5. Sharing of personal data

  • 5.1 Personal data may be shared with:
    • payment operator Payments Lab sp. z o.o., ul. Chmielna 2/31, 00-020 Warsaw (BLIK and bank transfer payments)
    • payment operator ePłatności sp. z o.o. sp. k., ul. 27 Stycznia 9, 34-120 Andrychów (paysafecard and SMS payments)
    • state authorities to the extent required by law
    • entities cooperating with the Administrator to the extent necessary to provide Shop services.

§ 6. Data retention period

  • 6.1 Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of their processing, and after its completion for the period required by law or until the consent is withdrawn by the user.

  • 7.1 Users have the following rights:
    • right to access their personal data
    • right to rectify data
    • right to delete data ("right to be forgotten")
    • right to restrict data processing
    • right to data portability
    • right to object to data processing
    • right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

  • 8.1 The Shop may use cookies and other tracking technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the website, analyze traffic and adapt content to user preferences.
